Doc my penis isn't scaling !?!

So guys I'm on advanced lesson 4 and even though I did the exact same shite chili did on the vid, the penis doesn't scale up/down when I rotate my mousewheel up/down. I thought that maybe my mouse was one of those bullshit "finer resolution" mouses chili mentions during the vid. But I don't think that's the issue because I tried to scale that dick with 3 other mouses I found in the house ( one of them was really obsolete ).
So I'm uploading the framework. Hopefully someone catches something and enlightens me and the unscalable monstrosity that is my penis. As usual, thanks in advance.

I was browsing msdn.microsoft.com these last days and I was like "why the hell is there two wm_mousewheels here ?" Now it's clear why lol.

Most mouse wheels can be rotated slightly left and right as well as the obvious vertical rotation.....so i'd assume WM_MOUSEHWHEEL detects this.
