[UPDATE] v.0.1.8:
Airport is in and looks decent. New background. Landing gear is raised/lowered with g key. The enemies are one screen to the right. Return to base if you want to restock your bombs and guns. All new graphics methods for pretty much everything. Makes development a whole lot easier, but not 100% sold on it yet... Let me know what you think of the changes!

Haha, starting to look good, but again I had my moments of forcefully blowing air out of my nostrils while grinning wildly as I was gaining speed on the speedway and wanted to take off so I accidentally pressed the right arrow and immediately crashed.

You should maybe add some kind of a two-point ground collision on the plane that this wouldn't happen, which should also be implemented for landing. Also maybe add a feature that when you are going fast and too quickly lift up, the jet will split in half or something due to the force. But well, I'm sure you have already enough on your to-do-next list...

Hahahaha ya Lux, LOTS on the to do list and I seem to be getting bogged down in streamlining over content. Want it all pretty before I bother to add content. Somewhat happy with the results but it feels so slow.

Yah, two-point collision for crashing makes lots of sense as well as the velocity being a factor. Will put that on the lengthy to-do list ;) until then, STOP FORCING YOUR NOSE INTO THE RUNWAY ON TAKE OFF!!!! Not good for the landing gear pal.

Thanks Pindrought!

Mission One complete and fully working.

Fly a screen to the right. Kill the fleeing convoy. Return to base to complete it.

If completed you will get upgrades and can keep playing and see your plane slowly become more powerful.

Let me know what you think!
